The Loch Ness Monster Drawing

This drawing tutorial will be dedicated to how to draw the Loch Ness monster. According the city legend Scottish lake Loch Ness is inhabited by a large monster.

Step 1

So, first things first sketch out the head. It looks like two ovals is in our example.

Step 2

Draw two long lines and form the neck as in our example. Note that we use very light lines in first four steps.

Step 3

Now draw the body of Nessie that looks like a leaf in this step.

Step 4

Now draw the long fins. By the way judging by the urban legend the Loch Ness monster is a plesiosaurs.

Step 5

Starting with this step we will work with details. Draw out the mouth with a number of sharp teeth. Then draw out the eyes and contours of the head.

Step 6

Using clear and smooth lines draw out the body of our Loch Ness monster. It is very easy, you just need to circle the lines from the previous steps, making them clear and nice.

Step 7

And the final step if the lesson on how to draw the Loch Ness monster. Here we need to draw the shadows. As in most of our drawing lessons we add shadows using simple hatching.
