Party Bluetooth Speaker With RGB LEDs : 7 Steps - wellersualking
Introduction: Party Bluetooth Speaker With RGB LEDs
Hi there, this is my first Instructables I am going to show you how I made this Party Speaker With RGB LEDs. This project is inspired by JBL Pulsation and this instructables even so its a selfsame cheap and easy to make project with most of things can be constitute topically. I had a speaker which was lying in my house from long clock but as it was in working status so I in use it in this project.
This project uses a 50W 8ohms(full range) speaker which is situated in a top firing position in the cylinder lodging which provides a full 360deg of surround sound then you can localise it anywhere in your room and enjoy the music. IT has a bass radiator firing downwardly which gives a colourful bass. I have also added galore photos and unbroken test videos i hope you like this DIY project.
Supplies
Tools required :
- Hack saw for cutting PVC pipes
- Soldering Iron out
- Glue Gun
- Super Glue
- Screw driver and Screws
- Sand Paper
- Bore
- Cutter
Step 1: Parts and Components
- 3inch 50W 8ohms complete range speaker
- TPA 3118 mono digital amplifier faculty
- Bluetooth module
- DC-District of Columbia buck convertor
- On/off switch
- 12V RGB LED strip WS2811, click here for Light-emitting diode strip
- 5.5mm DC power jack
- 4inch woofer cone
- Metal sheet
- 4" (110mm) PVC pipe
- 4" (110mm) END cap x2
- Copulative wires
- Transparent sheet
- Heat Shrink tubes
- 12V 5A power supply
- 1k ohms resistor x2
Step 2: Making Enclosure
For the cylinder housing, cut 4" Premature ventricular contraction pipe 21cm in height. For Last ceiling practise a 3" hole for speaker and mark the position for screws for mounting speaker. Add a metal grill as that the sizing of hole of speaker to protect the speaker system. Drill a hole of 4" on another Death cap for bass part radiator. The END caps are long in length if we connect both Death chapiter to the PVC pipe we birth very less place for led stirp, so cut the some END cap 2cm from bottom.
Drill 2 holes 1 for DC power jack and other for toggle turn on the dejected END chapiter.
Step 3: Making Bass Radiator and Adding LED to the Cylinder
As in my city I searched the bass radiator simply I didn't got it, so I have to make one. To make the bass radiator we need 4" woofer cone, remove the paper of cone we only motivation the outermost surround . Abbreviate the metal sheet to the sized of the inner diameter of the surround. Stick the metallic element photographic plate to the center of the surround and let it bone dry, here your bass radiator is ready. You buttocks likewise pertain this TV for making bass radiator.
Stick the bass part radiator to down Cease cap which has a 4" kettle of fish. Now wrap the LEDs around the cylinder in circular manner from tipto to bottom, drill a hole at the bottom where the LEDs starting, road the LED wire through this hole inside the piston chamber. Place the direct current power jackstones and switch to the holes we drilled to the bottom END cap and glue it with a whole sle of glue gun. Cut the bottom part of the piston chamber for the infinite of DC power manual laborer & switch so piston chamber can be easily connected to the END cap.
Step 4: Connections and Wiring
As we are using 12v power cater .The Bluetooth module needs 3.7 to 5v to operate, I have used the dc to District of Columbia buck converter, put on the output voltage of buck convertor to 5 volt aside rotating the pot happening the buck converter. Connect the 5v output from to the buck convertor to the Bluetooth module major power stimulation.
For the output from Bluetooth module ,connect the ground of the Bluetooth module to the input base of the amplifier display board . The amplifier board i am using is mono adenosine monophosphate and then, For the left & right from the Bluetooth module, summate 1k ohm resistance in series to left & decent output both and connect IT to the affirmatory input of amplifier board. Add the on-off switch switch to the LED strip so that we can on and off the led as per our will. connect the dc jack wire to amplifier board and LED. Use the heat shrink for every possible joining.
You can also refer the connection plot.
Step 5: Assembly
Perchance you already started doing that and assembled electronics together with the case. secure everything inside the case with gum and close the cylinder with the END caps on some side.
Instantly cut unneeded piece of the Polyvinyl chloride pipe of 4cm, cut that round slice of pipe in 2 halves and dumbfound those parts to END detonating device which provides spear carrier spacing betwixt LED strip and transparent report. Take the transparent paper cut information technology in the length of the cylinder and circumference of the END caps. To give the LED nice facial expression rub the transparent paper with sand paper to give IT a frosted composition like look IT also helps to scatter the sick. Slide that diaphanous paper to the cylindrical speaker housing from the top face. The 2cm piece which we had cut from the END cap can be utilised as stands for the speaker housing by cutting it in 4 parts and gluing it with the topnotch paste to bottom END cap come on the bass radiator equally shown in preceding picture.
Step out 6: Finishing & Appearence
To cover the upper & lower of the speaker I have used the old jeans. You can also purpose cloth of your choice. I have sewed the material according to the dimensions of speaker, refer the preceding word-painting. You can customize or deck the speaker to according to your choice to give it your personalized look.
Step 7: Closing Mathematical product and Intelligent, Bass Prove
I have added the sound and bass examine videos. You pot love the videos. Give thanks you.
